He combines psychological insight with his practical hands on experience to deliver coaching programs that create change. He has over 17 years of experience in leading teams and delivering large scale organisational change. He is an expert in systems thinking and has worked with clients across sectoral and structural complexity to identify levers for impact. He also has experience working with cross cultural performance agendas across the U.S., Middle East, Europe, Africa and South Asia. Prior to coaching, he has worked as the Global Head of Brand Innovation at Johnson & Johnson, held senior marketing strategy roles at Pfizer and led strategy projects as a Consultant at McKinsey.

Awarded Yudh Seva Medal by the President of India in 2004, for leadership in battle on the Line of Control (LOC) in Kashmir, Brig. (Retd.) Rajesh Sharma brings his vast operational experience to Corporate Training.
During the last 12 years, he has designed and delivered Training Programs for more than 40 Multinational Corporations, Indian Public and Private sector Enterprises.
He is an Expert in Leadership, Change Management and decision-making in complex situations.
He holds an M. Sc. (Defence & Strategic Studies) from Madras University and PGDHRM from IGNOU, Delhi.

Col. Sunil Kumar Sharma brings with him 32 years of distinguished operational military service in the Indian Army, including roles at the DRDO. His expertise spans combat, strategic and tactical operations, special missions and intelligence operations, general management, financial administration and logistic support. He has commanded an artillery medium and missile regiment and has extensive experience in Training and Development as an Instructor and senior directing staff at the School of Artillery, Army War College and as part of the Indian Military Team in Bhutan. Col. Sharma also served as a Director in the Military Training Directorate at Army Headquarters, Deputy Commander of a Brigade in Counter-Insurgency Operations and the Artillery Training Centre. His contributions include serving in the United Nations and National Security Guard (NSG) and conducting user and technical trials of military equipment, weapon systems and missile systems during his tenure at DRDO.
Following his military career, Col. Sharma served for seven years with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), holding key leadership roles such as Chief General Manager, Chief Security Advisor, Executive Director of Strategy and Centre of Excellence and Director of the National Institute of Securities and Capital Markets. At SEBI, he led critical departments, including Investigation, Enforcement, Recovery, Corporate Finance, Administration, HR, Investor Awareness and Education, IT and Cyber Security. Recognised for his exemplary service, he has been decorated with the Sena Medal and Bar, the Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card (four times), the Army Commander Commendation Card (twice) and the prestigious UN Service Medal. Academically, he holds multiple degrees, including M.Sc., MBA, MHRM, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc. in Defence and Strategic Studies and LLM and is currently pursuing a Ph.D.

Anupam is an accomplished HR and Operations leader with a dynamic career, known for his ability to drive organisational change and transformation. He firmly believes in "Self" as the "Instrument of Change." Over the course of his career, Anupam has contributed to the success of multiple industries, playing a key role in shaping the organisational culture through strategic initiatives that define core values and behaviours, aligning them with the vision of large enterprises, mid-sized companies, and startups alike.
With a strong background in Human Resources, Business Development, and Operations consulting, Anupam brings a unique blend of expertise to the table. He has successfully led and managed large-scale programs in Management and Leadership Development, Performance Management, and Competency-Based Skill Development.
Anupam holds an MBA from the University of Allahabad and is a certified HR professional through SHRM. He is also certified in Professional Selling Skills by Korn Ferry India. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Business Development and Operations at the Amity Institute of Training & Development.

Dr. Shikha Dubey, a seasoned academic with over 20 years of experience in training and consulting, specializes in creating impactful learning frameworks to drive organisational success. She holds a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour and a master’s degree in human resource management.
Combining deep research expertise with practical experience, Dr. Dubey is a certified professional with certifications in "Future Learning and Development Leadership," "Digital Culture and Mindset," and "AI, ML, and Robotic Process Automation" from KPMG, among others. This unique blend of knowledge and skills positions her as a pivotal force in modernising learning solutions and empowering individuals and organisations to reach their full potential.

Ms. Priyanka is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with 17+ years of extensive experience in the Education industry. Proven expertise in Project Operations, Client Management, Corporate Partnerships, Team Leadership, Project Execution and P&L management. Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives that enhance Organisational Efficiency, Profitability and Client satisfaction. Skilled at navigating complex challenges and building collaborative relationships to achieve business objectives.

Pravin Bhardwaj is a postgraduate in Urban Planning and Masters in Geography with nearly 29 years of professional experience. His expertise spans urban planning, urban governance issues, urban reforms, disaster risk reduction and management, solid and liquid waste components, environmental issues, capacity building, rural development and governance etc. His work experience spans in Consultancy organisations, UN organisations, INGO, NGOs etc. His country of experience directly and indirectly has been India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Denmark.
He has been involved at the national level, state level and at local level in various projects where he has been involved in different categories throughtout his career.
