About the Getting Your Team into Flow Program
Getting Your Team into Flow is an Amity Institute of Training & Development’s (AITD) program for all team leaders and managers and all team members who would like their teams to be a winning team. Participants will learn how to help individual team members match their skills with group goals to achieve a group "flow." The program will include exercises, insights on team get-together activities, and strategies for getting in the flow with the team so that participants gain the power to create conditions of action that produce the best performance for all.
