He has more than three decades of rich experience in HR Strategy, Corporate HR, Plant HR & ER, Leadership Development, Compensation & Reward in diverse Industries like Digital Equipment India, Eicher, HEG, KHD Humboldt Wedag besides Maruti Suzuki.Has unique experience of working with American, European, Indian & Japanese Corporates and is well versed with different work cultures, processes, and practices.
