She is a strategic leader with a proven track record of building profitable companies, creating capable teams, and driving change to augment organizational capabilities. She has 30 years of work experience across diverse industries, of which 13 have been as CEO and Managing Director for leading MNCs. She has successfully strategized and launched new categories and concepts for leading brands in the Indian and International markets. She has been part of companies setting up operations in India and businesses that needed to be turned around. Before Timex, she has worked with Sennheiser India Limited, Philips, Sony, Dabur and Kelvinator.
Besides her PG Diploma in Marketing Management,she holds certificate fromWarton School,University of Pennsylvania for completing Executive Program in Leadership and Business Strategy.
