About the Managing Upwards Program

The Amity Institute of Training & Development (AITD)'s Managing Upwards Program provides upward management skills and training to engage in workplace management, improve communications, and link work to leaders' expectations. The programme delivers real-world tactics to manage up and across the organisation, enabling trainees to build influence, become visible, and contribute value to the organisation.
