About the Unconscious Bias Program
Amity Institute of Training & Development’s (AITD) Unconscious Bias Program will give deep knowledge to participants regarding origination of unconscious bias and their impact on behavior. As part of this program, participants will learn strategies for recognizing personal biases, the way it affects workplace interactions and how to reduce the influences of such biases. Program Description
This Unconscious Bias Program helps participants learn to recognize and manage biases. Participants will acquire the skills to create an inclusive workplace through interactive discussions, case studies, and real-life examples.
