He has more than three decades of rich experience in HR strategy, corporate HR, plant HR & ER, leadership development, and compensation & reward in diverse industries like Digital Equipment India, Eicher, HEG, and KHD Humboldt Wedag, besides Maruti Suzuki. Has unique experience of working with American, European, Indian & Japanese corporates and is well versed with different work cultures, processes, and practices.
