Mr Richard Lobo joined Infosys in 2000 and held several leadership roles in people management, aligning HR strategy with business goals. He was responsible for key business initiatives and served on the board of Infosys Consulting AG. Prior to Infosys, he worked with Godrej in sales and marketing. He held a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a postgraduate diploma in management.
