Dr. Vijit Chaturvedi is a professor of HR, OB, and psychology at Amity Business School, AUUP, specialising in HRM, strategic management, and industrial psychology. She was an ISTD-accredited trainer and conducted numerous FDPs and MDPs in both public and private sectors, including for IOCL, NTPC, and the World Bank. An accomplished researcher, she authored five books and received awards like the Best Researcher Award (2020) and the Kamla Award. Her areas of expertise included competency mapping, psychometric assessment, talent development, and leadership.
