He has extensive experience in providing solutions across organisations in India and abroad. He was also involved in the Prime Minister Financial Inclusion Mission, which has a vision to provide banking services to the people at bottom of the pyramid. He is contributing in team AITD as a Project Manager.

Ms Geeta Bhatt has 18 years of experience. She has extensive experience in handling training operations, monitoring the bid management process and documentation. She looks after the entire training operations at AITD from candidate registrations to compiling and reporting feedback post training. She is an MBA with specialisation in Human Resources and is contributing to team AITD for past 7 years.

Ms Anju Arora has more than 20 years of experience. She has extensive experience in handling training operations, monitoring the bid management process and documentation. She looks after the entire training operations at AITD from candidate registrations to compiling and reporting feedback post training. She is a Commerce Graduate and is contributing to team AITD for the past 12 years.

Ms. Saumya Singh is a corporate professional with 14 years of rich industry experience. She has worked in organisations like IBM, AON Hewitt, Ernst & Young and Tata Consultancy Services. She has hands-on expertise in the HR Domain, including HRBPO and Benefit Administration for US and UK employees. Trained on Quality Assurance, Defined Benefits, Defined Contributions (401 K) and UK Pensions, she has been contributing to the team at AITD as a Deputy Manager.

Awarded Yudh Seva Medal by the President of India in 2004 for leadership in battle on the Line of Control in Kashmir, Brig Rajesh Sharma brings his vast operational experience to corporate training. During the last 12 years he has designed and delivered training programs for more than 40 multinational corporations, Indian public and private sector enterprises. He is an expert in leadership, change management and decision making in complex situations. He holds an M. Sc (Defense & Strategic Studies) from Madras University and PGDHRM from IGNOU, Delhi.

Ms. Vaani Gandha has over 18 years of work experience in training, mentoring, managing ventures and professional business consulting in the education and IT industries. She has extensive experience in driving training projects, identifying new training opportunities, training design & management, process planning & implementation. Her key area is putting in place processes and people development.

She has worked in IT education sector with NIIT and held several executive roles in her stint with the IT consulting giant Accenture. Her passion has always been learning and people development as well aligning learning strategy to meet business needs and derive business excellence.

Mr. Gaurav Asthana brings a fine blend of rich experience in managing instructor-led trainings and e-learning. He has over 10 years of corporate experience majorly in customer facing roles, account management and cultivating new business across geographies.

He has worked with reputed organizations like - JKT Learning Solutions (JK Organisation) where he headed business development for India & Middle East, Thomson Digital (India Today Group), TTI Global (GP Strategies).

He has done his PGDCA from University of Delhi and holds a degree in MBA from USMS, Delhi. He is certified in Sales Management by IIT (Delhi). He is contributing as Client Service Team in AITD.

Ms. Alka Nathan has approx. two decades of experience. She has extensive experience in administration, monitoring the bid management process and documentation. She looks after the entire HR operations at AITD from candidate onboarding to tracking goals and reporting feedback. She has a decade of experience in administration and office documentation at known Hospital and is contributing to team AITD for past 10 years.

Ms. Priyanka Gairola is a corporate professional with 5 years of rich industry experience with Learning and Development space. She has hands-on expertise in the HR Domain, including HR operations, entry level recruitment through campus hiring, onboarding, and managing induction, training management, vendor management and client relations handling.

She has been contributing to the team at AITD as a Deputy Manager. At AITD, she is involved in Building and maintaining client relations from different sectors and industries and Training Management. She holds a post graduate degree in management specializing in Human Resources from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad.
