Arvind Deshmukh is a corporate trainer and learning and development professional with over 16 years of work experience. Arvind holds a Bachelor of Engineering (with honors) in Instrumentation & Control and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA.
Arvind has developed and delivered several in-person and online training workshops in both developed countries and emerging markets. He is a certified Global Mindset Facilitator and Design Thinking Coach. As an L&D professional, he has worked with highly reputed academic institutions such as Thunderbird School Global Management, Arizona State University, and Amity University.
Arvind published his first e-book called Rock the Business School – Take Control of your MBA in 2018. He enjoys mentoring and coaching corporate professionals and young entrepreneurs and set them up for success. Arvind runs his boutique management consulting firm – ‘Deshmukh Global Management Solutions’ and provides consulting and training services to his clients.
