Ashish Sahu

Mr. Ashish Sahu combines project management skills with a leadership training background to program manage learning and development interventions of a complex nature with sensitivity to client needs. Ashish Sahu is working in the capacity of Vice President at Amity Institute of Training & Development with over 25 years of work experience, and has worked with diverse industries like Education & Training, Government and Non-Governmental Organizations, FMCG, Office Automation, Consumer Imaging, Telecom & Consumer Durables.

He has successfully program managed projects on Leadership Skills, Team Building, Selling Skills, Customer Handling, Conflict Management, Effective Business Communication, Time Management, Interpersonal Skills & Performance Coaching and has handled pan India training projects involving senior leaders as well as middle management of up to 25,000 participants.

He is an MBA from IPM Lucknow and has been certified on various Management & Leadership programmes including Huthwaite (U.K), Eagle’s Flight (Canada), Inscape (U.S.) and Cross Knowledge (France)

Amit Chauhan

Mr. Amit Chauhan is a technocrat with a consulting background. He is innovative and has great analytical skills. He has 14 years of experience and has worked with top tier technology organisations. He has extensive experience in providing solutions across organisations in India and abroad. He was also involved in the Prime Minister Financial Inclusion Mission, which has a vision to provide banking services to the people at bottom of the pyramid. He is contributing in team AITD as a Project Manager.

Anju Arora

Ms Anju Arora has more than 20 years of experience. She has extensive experience in handling training operations, monitoring the bid management process and documentation. She looks after the entire training operations at AITD from candidate registrations to compiling and reporting feedback post training. She is a Commerce Graduate and is contributing to team AITD for the past 12 years.

Brig Rajesh Sharma

Awarded Yudh Seva Medal by the President of India in 2004 for leadership in battle on the Line of Control in Kashmir, Brig Rajesh Sharma brings his vast operational experience to corporate training. During the last 12 years he has designed and delivered training programs for more than 40 multinational corporations, Indian public and private sector enterprises. He is an expert in leadership, change management and decision making in complex situations. He holds an M. Sc (Defense & Strategic Studies) from Madras University and PGDHRM from IGNOU, Delhi.

Alka Nathan

Ms. Alka Nathan has approx. two decades of experience. She has extensive experience in administration, monitoring the bid management process and documentation. She looks after the entire HR operations at AITD from candidate onboarding to tracking goals and reporting feedback. She has a decade of experience in administration and office documentation at known Hospital and is contributing to team AITD for past 10 years.



Mr. Adityo Roy Choudhury has got over 12 years of experience in the education industry including academic as well as administrative areas. His expertise includes soft skill training, developing training content, human resource management, team building.

He has been a teacher of Economics and has served as a CBSE examiner, NAS (National Achievement Survey) observer and CBSE Coordinator. He has been handling various administrative responsibilities in his previous jobs.

Having a passion to corelate his subjective knowledge in real practice, he got associated with AITD to work on economic projects for Rural development. He aspires to work over different employment uplifting projects for the development of people of the nation.

His qualification includes B.Sc., MBA in HR from Institute of Business Management (Jadavpur University), MA in Economics from JRNV Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, Bachelor in Education from MDU – Rohtak.



Mr. Lokesh Mishra holds more than 5 years of experience in the social sector. He has worked with various NGOs and in CSR Projects across regions. Skilled in handling government and banking projects.

He has been contributing to the team at AITD as a Project Coordinator. He holds a postgraduate degree in Social Work.



Mr. R Balasubramanian is a senior banking professional with over 21 years of experience in HDFC Bank and 3 years in Academia and Learning and Development. He has worked in various areas of Banking which includes Wholesale Banking, Financial Institutions Group and Operations. As a Senior Vice President in HDFC Bank, he has handled roles of Business Manager and Relationship Manager. As an Associate Professor in Amity University for the over 2.5 years, he trained young bankers of leading private bank besides taking courses for MBA students. He was also involved in establishing industry-academia interface and designing training programs for bank officers/managers. Currently, he is engaged in building the BFSI vertical for Amity Institute of Training and Development (AITD). Simultaneously, he is pursing PhD in Finance from O.P. Jindal Global University. His current area of research includes equity markets, finance and growth, financial institutions and economy.



Ms. Shikha Dubey has around two decades of work experience in academia, training, mentoring, and professional business consulting for institutional, public, and private sectors. Her Expertise in driving training projects, designing training interventions, modules and frameworks have been a stepping stone towards learners’ holistic development and organisational success. She is driven to help people and organizations reach their full potential.

She is a seasoned researcher with a PhD in organizational behavior and human resource management. Besides her passion in research, she also holds master’s degree in business administration and KPMG certified on “Future Learning and Development Leader Programme”, “Digital Culture and Mindset” and “AI, ML and Robotic Process Automation”.



Mr. Sidharth Sarjare is a technical person with more than 14 years of experience in Teaching & Corporate Industry. Currently working with AITD, as a Project Manager, Raipur campus. Handle World Bank funded project of Entrepreneurship of Chhattisgarh State (National Rural Livelihood Mission- NRLM).

Worked with various central India's top-notch engineering college as Asst. Professor & Training Placement In-charge. As far as industry experience is concerned, handled end to end Project of Skill India portal, central government pioneer project under the ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and Maharashtra State youth empowerment pilot project named Maharashtra State Skill Development society (MSSDS).



Sumit has over 20 years of diversified experience with extensive experience in Project Management, Account Management, Information Technology, Human Resources (Recruitment) & Digital Marketing.

As Project Manager, he has due expertise in the life-cycle of Projects and has been involved in prior projects in the Power industry. Experienced in various PM tools such as, PERT, Gantt charts & MS-Project. In addition, he has comprehensive experience in the HR Domain as a Consultant with acquired skills such as, recruitment, frontline, lateral, leadership & campus hirings.

At Amity Institute of Training and Development (AITD), he looks after the digital marketing team in the role of a Consultant; digital marketing strategies, analyzing data and performance metrics, managing social media presence, implementing SEO practices to improve organic search rankings etc.

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Duke University, USA and a MBA dual degree in Marketing & Operations from Sikkim Manipal University, Manipal. He is certified in various software packages including MCSE, CCNA, AutoCAD & Google Analytics etc.



Ms. Tanvi Negi has over 5 years of industry experience in the education, learning and development industry. She has hands on experience in content development, driving training projects, training design and management, process planning and implementation. Her interests lie in research, psychology, and content development. At AITD, she looks after creating end-to-end content creation based on research, coach trainings and project implementation.



Mr. Vinay Khalkho is a dedicated and results-driven professional Vinay has over 10 years of expertise in the education and skill development sector. He is certified Scrum Master and holds Bachelor’s’ Degree in Computer Application along with certification in Graphic designing. 

Having an extensive experience in developing educational skill development training content, facilitating classroom learning experiences to marginalised youth. He has trained over 400 youth as soft skill trainer to become entrepreneur under capacity building skill development projects. He has a wide exposure to brand promotion and business development skill. And his skills in graphic designing and multimedia skills makes him competent to develop and deliver training programmes.
