Vidya has steered leadership roles and acquired global exposure with expertise in Strategy, Formulation and Deployment of Learning Management framework. She possesses rich experience in driving learning programs involving design, resource administration & delivery while executing learning and talent development charter from concept to success.

She has worked in IT education sector with NIIT and held several executive roles in her stint with the IT consulting giant Accenture. Her passion has always been learning and people development as well aligning learning strategy to meet business needs and derive business excellence.

She is a certified Design Thinking Practitioner and holds a post graduate diploma in business management from Institute of Management & Technology (IMT)Ghaziabad. She is certified from XLRI in Human Resource Management.
