Dr.Kasturi Sahay, is Head Management and Law Programme at Amity University Jharkhand, Ranchi. Her area of specialization is Quantitative Management, Managerial Research, Operations Research, Leadership. During her PhD, the topic for her research was –“ A Comparative Analysis of Traditional Leadership and Virtual leadership for Organizational Effectiveness”.
She is also working on a GAIL sponsored CSR Project for Renovation of a Govt Girls School with an aim to encourage girl students to pursue their career in science stream. She has to her credit more than 30 papers published in various refereed journals(Scopus, Elsevier, UGC- Care) of national and international repute. She has successfully organized various national & international conferences. She has conducted various Management Development Programmes in different spheres of sales, leadership, negotiation skills, marketing management, and served as a resource person for various in – house training programs of corporates.
She is the recipient of numerous meritorious awards throughout her academic career. She is also the recipient of the President’s award for Scouts and Guides and Woman of Substance Award by Rotary Club
