Finding your Chi

Chi is another name for "Energy". Dr. Mao Shing Ni from Santa Monica (USA) defines Chi as the energy that travels and circulates through the channels of our bodies, similar to the way water flows in a riverbed. Chi is nothing but our internal energy quotient. When our Chi is high, we feel energized but when Chi gets slowed down, we tend to feel drained out and exhausted.

Participants will:

  • Understand the importance of keeping your surroundings at work and home decluttered to attract higher energy levels.
  • Understand the importance of having some personal time where you can introspect and contemplate.
  • Learn breathing techniques that helps in increasing the overall energy level of our body.
