Getting in flow

In the professional world, it is highly critical that we become aware of our mind's alignment with the task when there it is in sync/flow with each other. "Flow“ is the mental state in which a person performing a task, or an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, becomes fully aware of the state of mind.

Participants will:

  • Learn to assess your current state of mind.
  • Understand your need to challenge the current comfort zone and transition to a flow state.
  • Understand how to prioritize tasks
  • To build a routine and get into the flow state of mind.
  • Understand "Mihaly" model of Flow.
