Dr Vijit Chaturvedi is Professor in HR, OB &Psychology at Amity Business School, AUUP. Her specialization includes-HRM, Strategic management and Industrial Psychology. She is an Accredited Trainer from ISTD, completed basic level of NLP. She has conducted various FDP, MDP at both Public and Private sector in the area of HR and Psychometric assessment at organization like IOCL, NTPI, CFAI, Sleep well foundation, KRIBHCO, Election commission, THDC Rishikesh to name a few. She has also conducted Training assessment for a World Bank project. She is an avid researcher and has 5 Books to her credit in HR, OB, Talent management, Employee engagement etc. She is awarded with Best Researcher Award in 2020 and recipient of Kamla Award, Best Paper Award in Women Category. Four research scholars have been awarded Doctorate under her supervision and 08 are pursuing currently. Her interest areas include-Training need identification and assessment, competency mapping, Perceptual assessment, Talent development and psychometric assessment, leadership, and spirituality.
