Mr. Sanjay Vyas brings over +23 years of experience in Global P&L management in Life sciences & other service industries, Logistics & Supply chain management, Sales & Marketing, M&A's, Operations & People management. Mr. Vyas is responsible to develop strategic direction & provide the leadership and vision necessary to grow a 6,000 plus India organization, Parexel. He is Global SBU Head of Parexel’s Safety Services Business and Clinical supplies & Logistics Business which includes the global clinical supply distribution centers. He completed his "Advanced Management Program" from Harvard Business School and is also a Harvard Alumni. He also holds a Master’s degree in marketing management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce & Economics and a Professional Diploma in Software Technology and Systems Management.

Commissioned into Indian Army in 1971, Rajesh went straight into battle as a young officer during Indo-Pak War of 1971 in East Pakistan (now Bangladesh). He participated in counter-insurgency operations in Nagaland, Manipur and Punjab. He commanded a Brigade along the Line of Control in Kashmir in the aftermath of Kargil Conflict of 1999. He was awarded Yudh Sewa Medal for his leadership in battle by the President of India in January 2004. ‘He held senior faculty positions at Infantry School, Mhow and Defense Service Staff College, Wellington. He has been into corporate learning and development since 2006.
