Stretch but Don't Break

It is necessary to stretch oneself for increasing productivity, but it is equally important to understand that stretching beyond a point is not good in the long term. Every individual has his or her maximum ability to stretch. Emotional well- being and productivity could be achieved by having a proper work life balance.

  • How to strike the right balance of productivity and emotional well-being.
  • Learn how planning well ahead and following a systematic plan can avoid the last minute rush to complete work as per schedule.
  • Learn that taking on more responsibility than one can reasonably deliver is not good in the long term
