Mr Hussain has recently moved to the strategic role of Senior Advisor - Maruti Suzuki Training Academy from his prior responsibility of heading Corporate HR, Leadership and Functional School.
He has more than three decades of rich experience in HR Strategy, Corporate HR, Plant HR & ER, Leadership Development, Compensation & Reward in diverse Industries like Digital Equipment India, Eicher, HEG, KHD Humboldt Wedag besides Maruti Suzuki.
Has unique experience of working with American, European, Indian & Japanese Corporates and is well versed with different work cultures, processes, and practices.
